We provide you with a Product Appraisal Report which will cover:
Our aim is to provide all the information you need in a straightforward manner, with comprehensive advice - easy to understand and apply. Any additional information that you request will also be included.
The information provided will enable you to comply fully with the relevant legislation if you choose to do so. It will also enable you to make an assessment of risk in relation to any 'borderline' aspects of the product. For example, it is often the case that imported product may be labelled in English, but the format of the labelling may not fully comply with UK requirements. Or it may be that a product label has been produced which contains an error and you need to assess the risk of using that label against the the cost of reprinting. A report provided by us will provide you with everything you need to make an informed decision, allowing you to retain control of the way you take your product forward.
Once the Product Appraisal Report has been carried out you will be in a position to decide as to the best way to proceed with your product.
